Our Vision

Two very close concepts, that can not exist without each other: Business&Sustainability. We are committed to strenghtening this bond in every company. Why? Because it is not possible to do business without paying attention to its sustainability, nor a model of sustainable development can be achieved without the contribution of companies.

Our mission

B&ST brings sustainability into every company with the aim of turning it into a real growth asset. Indeed, more and more entrepreneurs are choosing sustainability to protect and strengthen their business, to ensure their law compliance and to fulfill the requests coming from the market, credit and insurance institutions and from investors.

Thus, aware of how crucial it is to adapt sustainability to corporate features and identity, we operate as if we were part of your company to promote the most effective ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) structuring and reporting processes.

We do not operate as external consultants: we work for you and with you to grow together, sharing interests and targets.

Simona Briccola CEO

I am Simona Briccola, founder of B&ST Business&Sustainability S.r.l., a consulting company founded in 2022 with the aim of bringing sustainability into companies by making it a real asset for growth.

After more than ten years of corporate experience in managerial roles, I decided to put my skills at the service of all companies, especially small and medium-sized ones, to help them understand and make the most of the opportunities arising from the strategic management of ESG factors.

During my career I have acquired a deep understanding of business dynamics and have had the opportunity to experience first-hand the positive effects of sustainability, thus developing a strategic vision that today allows me to identify and lead the implementation of high value-added ESG solutions. My educational path includes the SDA Bocconi executive programme “Sustainability Strategy and Governance”, which consolidated my mastery of the notions of corporate sustainability, and the “GRI Professional” certification obtained in 2022, focused on ESG reporting.

I firmly believe in the concrete and strategic application of corporate sustainability principles as a means to protect the stability of companies, strengthen their resilience and promote their growth, but also as a unique opportunity to generate positive effects on people and the environment, thus contributing to a healthy, fair and prosperous future for us and for generations to come.

Code of Ethics

Just as people behave following their values, companies are guided by their own ones. They actually define corporate identity and the way in which activities are run and results are achieved.

For B&ST it is therefore essential to adopt ethical principles that safeguard the environment in which we live, the people around us and the economic context in which we operate. They help us achieving a global model of sustainable development and protect and strengthen our ability to create value, today and tomorrow.

We have adopted our Code of Ethics to communicate our core values and to guide our stakeholders towards responsible choices and actions: together we can make a difference.
